A further step towards the complete Jndianisation of the Indian Army lias been taken with an announcement the that first regular artillery unit of the Arriiy of India will be composed of Punjabis, Rajputs and Madrassis. The unit will replace the Britsh 14th Brigade of Royal Artillery, which will return to Britain.
