VERDICT OF GUILTY

ON TWO CHARGES OF INCEST.

(per Prp.xa Association — Copyright.)

NEW PLYMOUTH, November 14

A verdict of guilty of two charges of incest, against Percival Austin Putt, a farmer, of Okato, was given by a jury after his re-trial. A jury previously disagreed. The defence was a complete denial of tile charges, and an allegation that the members of Putt’s family of fifteen were venting spite on their father, because he had married a second time. Putt was remanded for sentence.
