MAN FOUND DROWNED. (Per Press Association, Copyright). WELLINGTON, October 30. Frank Elden Grinlinton, a grocer 59 Brougham Street, was found drowned in the boat’ harbour at daybreak yesterday. The efforts made to resuscitate him failed. Grinlinton was a returned soldier, aged 45. He was married and had four children.
