The appointment is announced of Rear-Admiral Wilbraham T. R. Ford, to succeed Rear-Admiral Daglish on the Australian Command. Rear-Ad-, miral Ford formerly commanded the Navigation School at Portsmouth. During the war he was successively . navigator of the Swiftsure, Glorious and Valiant, and was promoted to captain in 1920.
