MAN’S ALLEGATION OF ROBBERY iAUCKLAND, October 21. A complaint that he had been robbed of £2l 10s in Customs Street West shortly after four O’clock • yesterday afternoon was made ■ to' the police by a visitor to Auckland. Hb caught hold of a man near him, and both men struggled for several yards until they reached another doorway. During his.efforts to retain a grip, the elderly visitor was thrown against a partition, and he suffered abrasions to the facb.
