GOLF OX THE ISLE OF BUTE. LONDON, October 19. (Engrossed in discussion of British Legion -affairs, the Prince of Wales -played golf with Sir lan Hamilton for seven hours and became marooned at 'Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. He missed the last boat from the mainland at 9 p.m. -and a wireless message was sent to Gourock. A destroyer was despatohed and brought him to Gourock, from where he went to Glasgow by special brain and forced Sir lan Ha-iiiilton to dine on beef against his -doctor’s orders. They reached where 35,000 people were waiting at the barricades to see the Prince, who just had time to dash to the London train.
