MOVEMENT BY YUGOSLAVIA. ILONDON, October 22. King Alexander and Queen Marie of Yugoslavia have paid a visit'' to Mustapha Kemnl Pasha, the President of Turkey. It is believed that they hoped to prepare the way for a visit by the Rumanian Foreign Minister/ M. Titulescu, to arrange a Locarno Pact for the Balkans, which at least two of the Little Entente Powers, Yugoslavia and Rumania, are willing to support. Greece 1 and .Turkey are understood to be favourable to this. King Alexander will proceed to Greece to ascertain the views of the Government. Efforts to persuade Bulgaria Vto join in .the* movement have failed to far.
