GERMAN PROTESTS
AGAINST BAN ON PRESSMEN, United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyr lgh t.) (Receive this day at 10 a.m.) BERLIN, September 29. Germany has protested to the Soviet Embassy against the expulsion of German journalists and declare it is likely to strain friendly Russo-German relations. While there is no descrimination in Germany against Soviet journalists despite adverse reports, and attacks upon Hitlerism, German journalists at Moscow have been continually controlled and are unable to leave without special permits.
