A. Lynch. The balance sheet wa s received and adopted. ■, The following officers were elected for the year— Patron. Mr D. J. Evan® : President, Mr W. Hall senr. ; chairman, Mr C. Hart; deputy chairman. My R- 'Herring; committee—the outgoing committee were reappointed and Messrs J. Morgan, J. A. Jackson, T. Staines jmnr., W. Diedriehs junr., a nd •0. Briggs; 'secretary and treasurer, Mr T. A. Lynch ; auditor, Mr E Richards. Mr C. Hart -was nominated for reappointment as vice-president of the South Island Poultry Association. It was resolved to send ihe following (Jamit v;> .the annual association meeting—“ That in the event of a club show abandoning, the championships allotted to that particular club, that the nearest club 1 he allowed to purchase same at a reduced lee. • A letter of thanks is to be forwarded •10 Mr 11.- W. P.oynos for his assistance to the club at the Christchurch end. Resolved that members’ subscriptions be paid at the first meeting after the annual meeting.

An application 'is to be made for a special train to run from Christchurch i« connection with next year’s show.
