SHIP GROUNDED. (Australian Press Association). MELBOURNE, September 28. The Inter-State collier, AVilliam Macartlmr grounded at Port- Phillip Bay, and slid over the rocky bottom. A dock inspection revealed that the bottom was badly arched and holed from, midships to stern. The repairs arc likely to cost £30,000.
