SUDDEN DEATH
on koiterangi bridge. The sudden death took ,place on Kokatahi bridge loading to Koiterangi about noon to-day, of Mr F. H. Lindop, a resident of Sale ' Street. It appears that Air Lindop was driving some cattle across' the bridge, and two ladies in a car waiting at the approach to the bridge lor tbe cattle to cross, saw Air Lindop drop down. They went to hjs . assistance and found he was dead. They at oiice went to the nearest telephone and notified the police and Constable Drummond went out at once from. Kairieri. Air Mark Wallace of Kokatahi and a daughter of tbe deceased were also present at the time. The deceased, who was a returned soldier had been living at Koiterangi for some time, 1 but several weeks ago be came to reside in town living in gale Street. He was about 50 years of age and leave a widow and five daughters.
An imp test will be' held, probably to-night.
