DISARMAMENT

Disarmament is the sole topic of discussion during the comings and goings, liettveen delegations which aj'e proceeding all day long. The outlook is apparently improving towards the convention, ' though caution is still,exercised. The afternoon assembly was postponed, it is believed owing to fears that the raising of the Jewish question might result in tile departure of the Germans. 1
