LONDON, September 26. .In contrast to the relatively low speeds of /the Anglo-Australiatt service, Holland lia,s constructed a triple engined “Pander” mail carrier with a maximum of 230 and a cruising speed Of 186 miles per hour,-and, a range oi Sixteen hundred miles. It is expected to reach Batavia in four days. The venture is organised by a committee aiming at a faster postal service between Holland and the East Indies.
