This is a sequel to the Leipzig incidents cabled on 22nd of September. N« reply was received to the protests from the Soviet Embassy 'at Berlin, which threatened the expulsion of German journalists if no assurance were given that Russian journalists at Leipzig would not be again molested.

SENSATION CAUSED. A SERIOUS DEVELOPMENT. (Received tLis day at 11.10 a.m.) MOSCOW, September 26. The expulsion of German journal'Sts caused a sensation in foreign political circles, where it is regarded as the most serious development in RussoGerman relations since the Nazi regime.
