WOOL PRICES, better at sydneyy (Australian Press Association). SYDNEY, Sep. 26. At to-day’s wool sales 12,544 bales: were offered and 11,016 were sold, also 1149 privately. The market was on a par with that of yesterday for all descriptions, while the trend of prices for freer merino wools and crossbreds was. in the sellers’ favour. Greasy merino made 23 pence for thirteen bales from Crook well.
