LEAGUE MEETING
IRAQ DELEGATION. (Per British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 24. The Iraq delegation to the League hope to arrive at Geneva early next week, in order to he present when the Assyrian massacre question comes up for consideration. Owing to the recent death of King Feisal, it will be impossible for the delegation to reach Geneva at an earlier date in the proceedings. and the League Council, after considering a request from the Iraq Government yesterday, agreed to n short postponement. It is expected the question will come up for consideration about October 2.
