OBITUARY
The death t°ok p!a c e on Friday last at Dunedin of Leslie David, son of Mr and 'Mr s Arthur Mah n of Christchurch. Deceased was 27 years of age.
The death occurred at Reefton Hospital on Saturday of Laurie, the nine-year-old son of Mr and Mrs W. Mori. He took suddenly ill and entered tie Hospital on Friday night, when an operation for peritonitis was performed, but lie passed away.
The death has occur,ved of Mr Redwood Felix Coulter, of Lake Tima.ru, one of Marlborough's leading citizen*?. He was the* son of Cyrus Coulter, one of the eaulierest pioneers and explorers of Marlborough. Born in 1557, he had the distinction of being -he first child registered in the Marlborough district. He leaves a widow and daughter.
