EL | The “Daily Herald” says: “An incitement to murder thirty-two cl.s- . tinguished Germans who have been outlawed under Chancellor Hitler s regime, is openly displayed on a notice board in a London Nazi Club, accompanied by tlie outlaws’ photographs. The notice reads: “If you meet one of them, kill him, and if he is a jew break every bone in his body.” Among the photographs are those of ex-Ohau-cellor Scheidmann, Feuhtwanger (author), and Stampl'or (editor of “Vorwaerts”). Several of these refugees are now in London, in connection with the inquiry into the burning of the Reichstag. Sir Stafford Cripps will preside at a gathering of prominent lawyers' of all nations, who are taking evidence with the view of assisting in the defence of those who are accused at Leipzig.

LONDON, Sep. 13. The “Times’.’ Berlin correspondent says:— “Herr . Goebbels lias outlined a winter relief scheme, including compulsory and voluntary levies and stieefc collections. Relief food is to be carried free. Prosperous towns are to adopt indigent ones. The scheme will not be welcomed by tlie .already over-taxed people. Over £100,030 was subscribed to the unemployment fund within three hours. Tiie Dye Trust contributed £50,000.
