INDIAN CONSPIRACY CASE. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) CALCUTTA, September 14. Twenty-two accused in connection with an Indore conspiracy base, whose plotting included setting up in India an independent army, received sentences ranging from seven years’ hard labour to six months.’ WAR ON TERRORISM URGED. BENGAL, September 14. The Indian Chamber of Commerce has taken the first step towards a campaign throughout Bengal to fight terrorism. It urges the businessmen to rouse the public to fight the menace, and is repealing for the co-operation of the Government in attaining this “genuine spontaneous end.” It lalso repeals to all Englishmen to join in the mobilisation of public opinion.
