PRINCESS THEATRE. HAROLD LLOYD IN “MOVIE CRAZY.” The longest series of big laughs ever assembled in >one motion picturo sequence, are credited to Harold Lloyd’ s •latest ’Paramount release “Movie Crazy,” with Constance Cummings, the first picture the bespectacled comedian has made in two years, which comes .to-night to the Princess Theatre.
Eight minutes- of consecutive laugh producing incidents have been rolled m one “faction 5 ’ • of “Movie Crazy,” ac-cordirtg-to reports of th e picture at different previews on the Pacific Coast, giving Lloyd, as well as every other comedian, a record to' shoot at in the future. r Previous to the .magician’s coat sequence in “Movie Crazy” which sets the new laugh-making figures, Lloyd rated llig greatest series of continuous laughter, the football scenes and the basted .suit episodes in “College Days”. There is a test scene which for novelty and laughs, will he difficult to surpass : the magician’s coat episode and the fmbt which climaxes the story, any one of which would have been sufficient to carry a feature length comedy to successful results.
