DROUGHT BREAKS
LIGHT RAIN FALLS IN ENGLAND (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 12. After twenty days of absolute drought over a large part of Southern England, light showers of rain fell early this morning. They, however, were confined <to tho extreme south. London experienced its first wet, day in weq'ks. Light rain also fell in many parts of the north. The forecast is for unsettled conditions.
