To-day the present Starkenibei’g, ‘ the " young leader of Heimwebir' Fascists, standing beneath the statue of his ancestor addressing on© hundred thousand Heimwehr, appealed to Dr Dollfuss to join the Heimwehr and throw from office the Viennese Socialist Municipal Council. Thanking the assemblage for honouring his ancestor, he turned to Dr Dollfuss ■and Said—“We are fighting together for a new Austria, but as .long as Bolsheviks rule the Town Hall, Austria will .never be free to join with us and run out Rolshevd. My Heimweh,. will help you to rid Vienna of the Reds.”
