WHEN INDIAN RUNS AMOK (United Press Association —.By Electric Telegraph—Copyright).. DELHI, September 9. Running amok at the British Legation at Kabul, an Afgan shot and killed an Englishman, and Afgan and an Indian. He was overpowered when seeking a fourth victim. No motive is asscribed for the act.
