N.S. WALES DROUGHT BREAKS. (Australian Press Association) (Received tills day at 10.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 30. Welcome rains fell in the southern half of the New South Wales wheat belt, also in most of the western division, particularly .some lar western districts which have experienced severe drought conditions. Vi itli the advent of warm weather, sheep pastures should imorove.
