Lord Meleliett, who has'arrived at the Zionist Congress, stated that Germany’s co-operation was essential to the evolution problem of future Jews. He appealed to Germany to allow Jew--ish youths orderly migration to Paten-' tine. Surely Germany understood it was impossible to degrade half a million people.
