Signor Mussolini and Doctor Dolfuss was an important agreement, under which .there is a virtual trade * entente between Italy and Austria-I-lungary. - ' It is reported that Italy lias conceded Austria a free zone .in the Adriatic port of Trieste, where Austria is establishing a merchant fleet for overseas traffic.
