Shiifimi has petitioned the League which regarded it as urgent and sent immediately for the Council members to the Iraq Government, who simuit/nciously forwarded a further lengthy communication denying the massacres and j alleging that Shinum’s rebels tniutllfftfed corpses, and killed women and children.
