A sequel to an -alleged assault., and sensation at a Himatangi store early in the morning of July 1, was heard before Air Stout, ■ S.AI., in the court, to-day,, when Lindsay Edist Edward Garner Panelheater, aged 21, a native of • Tasmania’, was charged that, with another person, unknown, lie assaulted Christian Alartin ..Sorenson, with intent to rob him.
