TORONTO, August 22

When asked his opinion of the National Industrial Recovery Act, Mr Forbes said: I think Mr Roosevelt’s plan is a brave attempt to rectify the situation. It is all very well to try to cut to pieces a plan like, that, but what would you do under similar circumstances, and what would anybody do? Mr Forbes was given a reception in the City Hull.
