The following resolution was .passed to-night by the South Canterbury Employers’ {Association: “This Executive views with misgiving the tendency of some employers, who are uncontrolled by industrial awards or agreements, in taking advantage of the workers oypobliely offering unfair wages, and thus endeavouring to take advantage of and to exploit male and female workers in their existing distress.
