The “Daily Alail’s” Berlin correspondent states : The American Consul has strongly protested against a Nazi assault on an American, Doctor Daniel Alulvihill, whom- a Nazi S-torni Troo-pcr violently struck on the face because he refuged to salute a Nazi detachment which passed while D r Alulvihill was standing in the Unterehlimden in Berlin.
