CROSSING MISHAP
GAR AND TRAIN COLLIDE.
HAMILTON, August 16.
A narrow escape was experienced by Mr A. J. Tindall, of Pukeetua, at the Seddoii lload railway crossing, when his car collided with the south-bounci Tauranga express. Air Tindall was driving towards Frankton when the accident occurred. The bumpers and'mudguard of bis car were torn away and the front axle was damaged.
The occupants of the car were noi hurt.
