EXECUTOR’S ALLEGED THEFT

WELLINGTON, August 16. A retired accountant was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with converting to liis own use securities valued at £2462 16s 7cl, belonging to an estate for which he was an executor and trustee. A remand was granted till Wednesday, and his name was suppressed till the date of hearing.
