TWO MEN BEFORE THE COURT

INVERCARGILL - August, 15. Four charges of breaking, entering and theft, and . forging and uttering cheques, were preferred against .Thomas George McCreath, who. pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court today. The jury found 1 accused guilty on all counts other than that ‘i n respect to breaking, entering and theft. He was remanded < till Thursday fqr sentence.
Charles Robert McCreath pleaded guilty to nine charges of breaking^entering and theft, and one charge of theft, and to another charge of theft, one charge of breaking and entering with intent by day, and one charge of breaking, entering anil theft by day. He ws remanded for sentence till Thursday morning.
