Admitting they had falsified claim forms by putting in fictitious claims fo r fire loss, -or by increasing the amounts -of legitimate claim's, Arthur Phillip pool, aged 37, chief clerk, and John William Darroch, 23, inspector of Phoenix Assurance Coy-, pleaded guilty before the 'Magistrate, Mr Page, to. day, to stealing £363 16s 10d, to£s3 15s -3d • They were committed for' sentence.
