I ARAHURA. FAT STOCK SALE
Messrs M. Houston and Co. report: The usual fortnightly sale of fat stock I was held yesterday, there being a good 1 attendance of buyers. Competition was good throughout the sale .for all well conditioned lines, prices realized being quite on a par with those ruling at Addington yards. Our entry comprised 15 light to medium weight bullocks on account of Air W. A. Jamieson, which : sold as follows:—2 bullocks at £B/12/6, 2 at £5/15/-, 2 at £7/7/6, 2 at- £6/5/-,. 2 at £6, 2 at £6/2/6, 1 at £5/17/6, 2 at £4/17/6; privately, 20 runners at £2 15/-.
