MOTORIST CHARGED
ALLEGED TO BE INTOXICATED.

WELLINGTON, July 12. Arising from an accident which occurred on Hutt Road outside the wool len mills at Petone on the evening of June 2, Arthur Hnldamond de Lisle, traveller, of Wellington, aged 31, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court. Petone, to-day with being in charge oi a motor car while in a s*nte of intoxication, and with negligently driving it.
- The hearin ■of the charge, to which pleaded not guilty, was ad- ' " journed until after the sitting of the Supreme Cert, to which accused was committed for trial on another charge.
