DECIDE TO STRIKE (Per Press Association —Copyright). NAPIER, Juno 28. A large meeting of unemployed this morning decided not to return to work. Telegrams were received from Auckland urging the men to hold out. ' A meeting was addressed by the mayor, M. P. and labour officer, and they urged a, return, as the original cause of the strike had been, removed.
