PRESENT' CONDITIONS IN RUSSIA. HUNGER SUCCEEDS WEALTH. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ■ LONDON, Juno 23. M. Kerensky, (who was virtual ruler in Russia just prior to- the Bolshevik Revolution) in a letter, declares that Ukranians are eating horses, cats', and human flesh, and the Northern Caucasians are eating bark from trees. He says that an unpai■alleled famine has succeeded the amazimr wealth there was in these districts in 1919.
M. Kerensky said that unimaginable calamities await 160 millions of Russians in -autumn. He says the World Conference should appoint an impartial international Commission to inquire.
