The “Daily Mail’s” Paris correspondent says: The latest French war craft is manned by only four men, hut it carries seven torpedoes, which can 1)0 discharged from any point, though the method is not disclosed. It is described as a kind of speed boat, driven by two 1100 horse power engines. Its speed exceed,-, fifty miles an hour.
