Hepburn, a farm labourer, aged: 52, was disclosed at the inquest on deceased at Mahaenui to-day. A number of farmers and other .residents: _ visited several houses where liquor wass consumed. In a. garage Hepburn tripped'over a tyre and fell. He with others, visited 1 another house party, and they went th> a hut, and slept fhere. Hepburn' arid McKane slept in the same bed. Wiyon McKane awoke in'the morning af, 2 a.m. he found Hepburn dead beiside him. ■ The jury found a verdict that/Hep burn died accidentally as the , ie.suaof injuries received in the fall.
