An order was made by Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court to-day establishing a scheme to administer flic balance of a fund collected by the Church of England during the war year? for the benefit of the New Zealand soldiers in camp and at the front. The court appVoved «f :l «-*heme whereby the residue, £I.OO odd, will be divided into three equal parts, one part to he applied to each of three New Zealand military commands for work from time to time carried op by chaplains of the Church ol England.
