REPLENISHMENT PLAN. (United Frees Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) TOKIO, Jmyp 17. In response to the American naval plans, Japan has adopted a four hundred and forty million yon naval replenishment plan. It ie to be carried out in three years. Japan’s naval estimates next year are consequently expected to be slightly in exces's of the present, and probably 410 million yen. The American aircraft carriers are 'regarded as a special menace.
