BLENHEIM THEFT
MAN COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (Per Press Association— Copyright). BLENHEIM. June 15.' Desmond Thomas Connolly, aged 19. from Lower . Mutt, pleaded guilty today to breaking and, entering, "t Blenheim, the dwelling of Ronald Norman Patchett, and stealing jewellery. He was committed for sentence at Wellington. On a further charge of the theft of a rifle, belonging to Frank Roberts, of Lower Hutt, lie was convicted and discharged.
Accused’s brother, Edward Norman Connolly, aged 22, pleaded not guilty to participating in the breaking and entering offence at Patchett’s. He was committed for trial.
