GERMAN REFUSAL
TO ACCEPT FINDING. OVER BERHEIM PETITION, (United Pfess Association— By Electric Te legr aph—Copy righ t.) (Received .May 30 a 12.5 p.m.) GENEVA, May 29. Germany has refused to. accept the report of the League Fi’ce State delegate; Lester, entrusted' Avith the investigation into the Berheim petition. Lester declares 'Germany ignored the Geneva' Convention in 1922, in respect to the treatment of minorities in Silesia', Avherefcre she should reinstate and , compensate the judges, lawyers andi other victims. Germany intends to • contest the legality of Berheimb-petition, on the ground that heAvas not a born Silesian.. The League Council will debate the question and if unable to reach a unanimous decision, it will be referred to-the Court of International Justice.
