Mil W, WILSON’S APPOINTMENT

Mr Wyvcrn AVilson has been appointed; the new Senior Stipendiary Magistrate at Auckland as from July 1, in succession to Mr Cutfccn, who has resigned. He will also take over Mr. Cutten’s post as president of the Children’s 'Court. Mr Wilson who for some years past hag. been stationed at Hamilton, has been relieving Mr Cut-ten since his departure some weeks ago. Mr Wilson was horn at Gisborne, and educated at Auckland. He was appointed a Magistrate 22 years ago.
Mil CUTTEN’S DESIGNATION. AUCKLAND, May 25. \ Mr Cuttdn, the senior Stipendiary Magistrate at Auckland for many years has resigned office. The resignation takes place on July 1 at the completion of bis full term of service.' Mr Gotten is at present en. route to England on extended lobve of 'absence'.,' He was appointed Magistrate in 1908.
