Keane (owner), Stephen Murphy (trainer), and T. Lynch (jockey), for improper conduct in connection with 'the rimming iof P.o\ygorum in the K - Jumper’s Flat Race at the Mentone yesterday. Polygorum, who iswyn the last Grand National Hurdles ; a.lso, was similarly disqualified. All parties are prominent in racing circles.
