COMMERCE CHAMBER’S DECISION U’er Press Association Uopyriyht.t AUCKLAND, May 25. The Chamber of Commerce decided to tender evidence on broad issues, and it appointed a committee to prepare a statement upon the following subjects:—Basis of currency conversion for duty purposes, appeals against Ministers' 1 decision under the Customs Act, a sliding scale of wheat and flour duties and the 'removal of the surtax on goods from all British countries.

The statement, before going before The Commission must be approved by the Chamber.
