SHANGHAI, May 19.

Extraordinary interest is centred in the ease of Mr Lennox 'Simpson, a British journalist, and the editor and Publisher of the '“Harbin Herald,” whom, the Manchukuo authorities decided to deport, they declaring that lie is anti-Japanese and anti-Msmchukuo.
