That this Association is of the opinion that the action of the Govern-; lpcnt; iftvimi&itigr'and'■> huimtrtfhilig rath'hi' 'pxhliii.)iic-is '(iefin-; itely nccontimt'iui" ; 4he depressed condition of the coach ami motor body! industry in New Zealand, and Ts retarding a return to normal 'business: conditions ; and, further, that, as manufacturers of motor bodies, they are convinced that the increased cost of completed cars carries with it no ad-', vantage in the way of any protection of the industry that would offset the existing deplorable stagnation of business throughout New Zealand.
